Podcast Feeds:   
To download audio or video automatically, you can subscribe to our Podcasts. There are many ways to subscribe. If you are already a podcaster, feel free to subscribe to any of the feeds under Podcasting header. If podcasting is new to you, the instructions below should get you on your way:
- On the iTunes menu, select [Advanced] and then [Subscribe to Podcast].
- Select the appropriate podcast above that you want to subscribe to, and copy and paste the URL into the iTunes popup dialog.
- Hit OK - iTunes will now go and download the messages that are available online, and automatically sync them to your iPod!
Note: You need the latest version of iTunes in order to podcast.
Note: You can also subscribe to podcasts with other media applications and media devices. Juice is a popular application that can subscribe to podcasts for almost every portable audio device available.
